Getac’s Z710 Rugged Android TabletRugged tablets aren’t known for their affordability, with most clocking in close to or above $2000, so the Getac Z710 is a bit of a steal at only $1499 MSRP. The Z710 is semi-compact at 7” and is equipped with an HD touch screen and Gorilla Glass to help protect it from cracks. It operates on the Android platform giving you access to over 350,000 applications. The tablet also comes with built-in WiFi, optional 3G and Bluetooth along with rear and front-facing cameras. The Z710 runs on a Texas Instruments® OMAP 4430 Dual Core 1Ghz processor, 1GB RAM and a 16GB drive.
