I was thinking, nice guy that I am, about buying my wife one of those automatic robot vacuums for her upcoming birthday. Do you think they are worth the money?

Dear Not a Clue,
The vacuums you refer to are Roombas and they bounce around all day cleaning your carpets. We’ve heard good things about them, though they work best if you have a bigger home with not as much clutter to impede their travels. As far as if it’s worth it to buy one for your wife’s birthday: you may want to save your money for the divorce.
